Barbara Soltero started  'Lakeside Adult Family Home'  when she herself needed excellent care for her mother who was stricken with Alzheimers.  After researching the various types of facilities she could not find the level of care she wanted for her mother.  She decided to start her own adult family home to provide such care.  She wanted a warm, caring, family environment with a higher level of supervision at an affordable rate, and with a level of commitment to help seniors live with dignity on their own.  Barbara's mother continues to reside at Lakeside, and Barbara participates there on a full term basis.
